Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Because production starts shortly after purchase, changes or cancellations can not be guaranteed once production has begun.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Since every box is custom-made to your specifications, we can not accept returns, exchanges or refunds once an order is confirmed and production has started, except in cases of damage, defect, or an incorrect item.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ukweddingfavors.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos. We will review and offer an appropriate resolution.

What if my order is delayed?

Delays can occasionally happen due to courier disruptions, weather, customs processing, public holidays or high seasonal demand. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay, but we are not liable for delays once an order has left our hands and been handed to the courier.
